Pay Based on Experience
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid Out Bi-Weekly!

Additional $2.00/hour weekend incentive for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunda

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Transfer and reposition residents safely

• Answer call lights promptly and respectfully

• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable with a positive, resident-first attitude

• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
