$2,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid Out Bi-Weekly!

Additional $2.00/Hour Weekend Incentive for All Hours Worked on Saturday & Sunday

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Reposition residents and assist with mobility to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown
• Answer call lights promptly and provide overnight resident support
  
  Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Complete accurate documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and resident care skills
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
