We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Latrobe in Latrobe, PA. As an LPN at Kadima, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

• Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health-related issues.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
