Registered Nurse/Telemetry Position Summary We are seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The RN will assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer treatments, and respond to changes in clinical status.

• Assess and monitor patients receiving telemetry care.
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient status.
• Identify and respond to abnormal cardiac rhythms and changes in condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
• Provide care for cardiac, medical-surgical, and acute-care patients.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and other clinical interventions.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and patient-care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous telemetry, cardiac, Med-Surg, or acute-care experience preferred.
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and clinical assessment skills.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification as applicable.
