Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately, with a friendly greeting;
Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness. Restock/organize areas surrounding the check out counters;
Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders;
Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal;
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
