Latrobe Showroom Sales Consultant

Nicklas Supply Inc, is seeking a talented Showroom Sales Consultant
. This role combines high-end design expertise with consultative sales to deliver an exceptional client experience from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a customer first mindset and a strong background in kitchen and bath cabinetry, plumbing, tile, and hardware sales.

• Guide clients through the full sales and design process-from consultation to product selection, pricing, and delivery
• Create functional, aesthetically refined kitchen and bath design solutions
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors
• Recommend and source products based on client needs and preferences
• Prepare layouts, pricing, and sales documentation accurately
• Manage a personal sales pipeline and generate new business through referrals and networking
• Maintain product knowledge, design trends, and showroom presentation
• Collaborate with team members and support overall showroom operations

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• 5+ years of kitchen & bath design and/or luxury showroom sales experience
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., 2020 Design, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Full-time;
  Some evening and Saturday availability required
• Fast-paced showroom environment with standing, walking, and light lifting
