Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Tue – 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Wed – 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Thur – 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Fri – 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing individuals to the appropriate department or location when needed.
• Communicate with staff, visitors, and first responders during routine operations and urgent situations, helping to support orderly operations and timely response.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
