CNC Repair Technician

Nesco Resource -  - Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment is operating properly by performing preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades to provide minimal equipment downtime or loss of production;
Assist in the development and upgrade of process equipment;
Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks on schedule according to performance standards;
Develop necessary skills to repair compressors, cryo pumps, e-beam guns and other specialized coating equipment;
Understand project requirements and work to complete tasks with high quality and timeliness;
Maintain coating system operation components to high performance with minimal downtime;
Stay informed of new methods/procedures and learn new skills as needed to improve processes and equipment;
Monitor equipment operations to maintain proper performance levels and perform repairs/replacements as needed;
Ensure all electrical equipment and controls operate with minimal downtime
