We are looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a varied role involving both breakdown work and workshop-based maintenance and repairs. You will often be working independently, so confidence in your skills and the ability to make clear decisions on-site are essential.

• Qualified as an HGV technician/mechanic
• Experienced in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Honest, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to carry out breakdown call-outs and workshop repairs confidently

• Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications (£45,000-£55,000)
• Company van supplied
• Monday-Friday daytime hours with only one week in six on-call
• Fridge engineering courses
• Tail lift engineering courses
• IRTEC qualification
• EV qualifications
• Running the latest diagnostics software

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on HGVs
• Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance
• Attend roadside breakdowns and complete call-outs efficiently
• Work safely and to a high standard at all times
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with customers and the team
