Pay Range & Shift
- Pay Range: $20.00+ Based on Experience
- Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am start time until the day is complete. Some days as late as 6:30 pm.
At WM, the Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues; maintains and distributes department-related information on a daily basis; communicates with other supervisors and managers about operational issues; maintains the office and serves as proxy for KRONOS for daily updates for drivers and helpers.
- Responsible for using Microsoft Suite and additional software tools to manage daily tasks such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor; assists with payment processing and other financial tasks as necessary; assists in implementation of operational projects as needed; communicates with customers about service issues and with employees about scheduling and work assignments.
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- No prior work experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
