Currently serving 4 EDs on the Eastern Shore of Maryland & Delaware including a regional trauma/stroke/cardiac center, 2 community hospitals, and a low volume rural site. Shareholder option is available within 3 years although all full-time employees receive equitable hourly and productivity-based compensation with fantastic benefits totaling > $280/hr, including a fully-funded 401k.
