KeyQualifications:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and intervention strategies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to cultural competency and supporting diverse student populations
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Participate in the development, review, and implementation of IEPs
- Provide direct mental health and counseling services to students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs and support academic achievement
- Consult with faculty about effective classroom interventions and accommodations
- Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a safe school environment
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with regulations
