• Build and grow your client base through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building activities
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and risk tolerance
• Develop customized financial strategies that address investment, insurance, retirement, and wealth-planning needs
• Present recommendations tailored to each client's objectives and evolving life circumstances
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that fosters trust, retention, and long-term relationships
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and planning strategies to better serve clients

• Life, Accident & Health License required at start
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses required within six months of hire
