THE ROLE    We're hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age
3) and their families across Delaware through the state's Birth to Three (B23) Early Intervention Program under IDEA Part

C.
This is not a traditional clinical role. You won't be working in a clinic or school. You'll be visiting families in their homes and community settings like childcare centers, parks, grandparents' homes, wherever the child's life happens. Your primary partner is the caregiver, not just the child.
Delaware's B23 program uses an evidence-based coaching model: your role is to build family capacity, embed communication strategies into everyday routines, and empower caregivers to support their child's development throughout the day, not just during your visit.
If you're drawn to meaningful, relationship-centered work with very young children and families, and you're comfortable being the expert in the room without a team around you, this role is built for you.
THE SETTING    Services are delivered in natural environments as required under IDEA Part C, meaning the child's home, daycare, or community. You'll carry a caseload across one or more Delaware counties, working closely with service coordinators and multidisciplinary EI teams to implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans).
Delaware is a small state, but your caseload may span multiple counties. Reliable transportation and a comfort with independent, community-based work are essential.
WHY LIRICARE    At Liri Care, we focus on building long-term careers and partnerships, not just placements. Everything we offer is designed to support clinicians with better tools, stronger systems, and real professional growth.
What sets us apart:
Liri AI — built for therapists:
Streamline documentation across evaluations, IFSP goals, session notes, and progress reports so you can focus more on families and less on paperwork.
Marketplace earnings:
Upload your own therapy resources and keep 96% of every sale. Your clinical expertise creates additional income beyond your hourly rate.
Profit-sharing:
Eligible providers receive performance-based bonuses tied to engagement and clinical impact.
Built-in community:
Connect with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and educators nationwide through peer groups, mentorship, and real-time collaboration. Early intervention can be isolating — we make sure you're never without professional support.
Flexible tools & workflow:
Integrated systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication, built to make community-based work easier.
