Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en leiderschap in de bouwsector. Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, rijbewijs B en durft initiatief te nemen. Daarnaast beschik je over een sterk analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
