Harvest Ridge Winery is seeking an energetic, hospitality‑driven leader to oversee our Delaware Tasting Room. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to help shape the guest experience at a family‑run winery that proudly supports the mission of the Hero‑Hunts Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to serving active‑deputy military, veterans, and their families through outdoor experiences and community programs.

• Lead and inspire a team dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee daily tasting room operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive wine club growth through guest engagement and staff development.
• Coordinate special events, private tastings, and group experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales and growth goals.
• Represent Harvest Ridge Winery at community events and promotional opportunities.
• Travel to our Pennsylvania location periodically to collaborate with team members and leadership.

• Passion for hospitality, customer service, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience managing people and developing high‑performing teams.
• Wine knowledge is helpful, but a passion for learning is even more important.
