Sie bereiten Tapas-Kreationen für la tapia sowie Gerichte für DADI zu und arbeiten an neuen Rezepturen mit. Sie unterstützen das Team, führen Wareneinsatz und HACCP-Konformität durch und vertreten den Executive Chef bei Abwesenheit.
