• Own and manage the full hiring pipeline — from first contact through phone screens, interview scheduling, and follow‑ups — keeping every candidate moving forward
• Quickly identify qualified vs. unqualified candidates while maintaining a strong, respectful candidate experience
• Keep hiring organized and visible by tracking applicants, interviews, and status while communicating clear updates to leadership
• Support growth by improving and building simple, repeatable hiring processes as the company scales

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or a high‑volume coordination role OR
  strong administrative/operations experience with scheduling and people interaction
• Comfortable on the phone and leading conversations
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, growing environment without heavy structure
