Director of Regulatory Rates & Strategy - 1 day in office per week - Up To 200k plus bonus

I'm partnering with a well-established energy company that is looking to add a Director of Regulatory Rates & Strategy to its leadership team.

This is a highly visible role responsible for leading rate strategy, regulatory filings, cost-of-service studies, tariff administration, and revenue modeling while managing a team of regulatory professionals. You'll work closely with executive leadership and represent the organization before state and federal regulatory agencies.

• Lead general rate cases, infrastructure riders, and regulatory strategy initiatives
• Oversee revenue requirement modeling, cost-of-service studies, and rate design
• Prepare testimony, regulatory filings, and discovery responses
• Develop financial forecasts, revenue analyses, and pricing strategies
• Manage tariff administration and regulatory compliance
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a team of regulatory professionals

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of utility finance, regulatory strategy, or rate design experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Expertise in cost-of-service regulation, revenue modeling, FERC operations, and state regulatory processes
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
