Responsibilities:- Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend the right HVAC system solutions
- Prepare clear, accurate proposals and pricing for installations and system upgrades
- Guide customers through the sales process, answering questions and building trust
- Stay in consistent communication with customers from first meeting through install
- Coordinate with the install team to ensure a smooth, well‑executed project
- Experience in in-Home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred)
- Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments
- Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes
