Salary: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shift: Day
Essential Job Functions- Conduct comprehensive audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies
- Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy
- Validate inventory adjustments and ensure proper approval workflows
- Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics
- Support client-specific compliance requirements
- Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations
- Assist in annual physical inventory coordination
- Train and guide Level I Inventory Auditors
- Support SOP development and updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and IT on inventory issues
- Support operational functions with resources as business dictates and time permits
- Other tasks as required to meet goals
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred - 3+ years inventory or audit experience
- 3PL and retail distribution experience strongly preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data filtering)
- Strong understanding of WMS transactions and inventory flows
- Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Forklift experience
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to various temperature changes
- May require standing or walking for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods or physical inventories
- Ability to travel throughout and between facilities as required
