Benefits Coordinator
Contract position for a Benefits Coordinator to join a leading company located in the Laurel, MD surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for new hire questions related to health and welfare benefits. Provide general health and welfare benefits, customer service support to staff and retirees via phone and email. Resolve or raise issues to Benefit Specialist. Review new hire and QLE enrollment requests in Work Day. Establish retiree records by leading data entry of new benefit elections, collecting required documents, and preparing files.
Facilitate online enrollment changes for retirees and their dependents. File room maintenance, including filing and purging.
