Woodland Job Corps Center is seeking a dedicated OA/CTS Counselor to provide career guidance, mentorship, and employment support to students as they prepare for successful transitions into full-time employment, higher education, or advanced training.

- Provide career counseling, employability training, and mentorship to students.
- Coordinate Work-Based Learning (WBL) opportunities and secure employer partnerships.
- Develop relationships with businesses, trade organizations, and community partners.
- Monitor student progress, workplace performance, and career development goals.
- Identify barriers to success and provide guidance and support.
- Assist with transportation and coordination of student WBL assignments.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Support Career Transition Readiness and Grad-90 initiatives.
- Collaborate with staff to provide high-quality services and promote Career Success Standards.

Qualifications- Associate degree required.
- Minimum of one year of related experience required;
Job Corps, workforce development, education, or similar program experience preferred. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Valid in-state driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
