Estimator (Commercial Roofing)

$100,000 – $120,000 + Benefits Package
Well established roofing contractor specializing in commercial and governmental projects throughout Maryland.
Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects by reviewing drawings, completing take-offs, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Support bid reviews, budgeting, and pre-construction planning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial roofing estimating
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- Experience working with the EDGE Estimating Software
