PCM Services is a commercial contractor in Beltsville, MD, serving the DC/Baltimore metro area and is seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our Concrete Division. The Laborer supports daily field operations including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with concrete placement and finishing work.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting with concrete pours, forming, and finishing
- Digging, leveling, compacting, and back filling
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
- Maintaining safety standards and site cleanliness
