The availability of this position is contingent upon successful award of the contract. Position Summary We are seeking experienced QA Inspectors.

This individual is responsible for ensuring the contractor implements an effective Quality Control program and uses the provisions daily to control the quality of work to support construction and facility engineering operations at the James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC), the primary training facility for the United States Secret Service in Laurel, Maryland. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following in exhaustive list of duties represents a sample of work routinely performed by this role:
* Provide day-to-day project management support for assigned construction and facility engineering projects

* Support the COR and/or senior project leadership in the execution of contract requirements

* Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and facility personnel

* Review construction schedules, design documents, drawings, and submittals for contract conformance

* Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements

* Identify construction issues and field conditions; support development of practical solutions

* Assist with preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), cost estimates, and contract modifications

* Support acquisition activities including responding to contractor questions and participating in site visits

* Attend and support contractor/Government meetings and project coordination sessions

* Draft technical input for change orders and contract adjustments

* Ensure contractor deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements

* Support reporting, documentation, and project status updates for Government stakeholders

* Assist with project closeout and turnover activities
Education, Experience, and Technical Skills Required Education, Experience, and Technical Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in federal construction projects

* Experience managing or supporting construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout phases

* Strong knowledge of construction management principles, scheduling, and contract administration

* Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and project teams

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to obtain and maintain required Government security clearance(s)

* Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real  Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel

* Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license Preferred Education, Experience, and Technical Skills
* PMP or other recognized project management certification

* Experience supporting federal agencies such as DHS, DoD, or similar environments

* Experience working in active or secure facility environments
