This is a roofing contractor based in the Washington-DC area, The company offers a broad range of commercial roofing services - including installation, replacement and repair work.

This contractor is looking for a well experienced commercial roofing foreman to take lead on site. From managing field crews to completing new construction installations and re-roofing projects while overseeing project completion from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing the site safety compliance, and crew development while maintaining great communication with project managers, field crews and customers if needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
• A focus for safety protocols, Quality work performance and ability to complete a project on time.
• Ability to lead crews, communicate effectively, and work in various weather conditions throughout Maryland
