Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Position: General Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
Compensation: $300,000 $ 320, 000 base

• $30,000 sign-on bonus

• $30,000 retention bonus after 1 year

Schedule: Full-time, in-person; clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities
Location: Fulton, Maryland

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led OB/GYN practice offering comprehensive women s health services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care

• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients

• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures

• Participate in shared call (equally distributed among physicians)

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff

• Maintain accurate EHR documentation

• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN

• Eligible for Maryland medical licensure

• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
