Schedule:

Per Diem / As Needed Weekdays

Compensation: starting at $55/hr.

Nova Care in Laurel, Maryland, is looking for local PRN Physical Therapists to support our outpatient orthopedic teams. This opportunity is a great fit for an experienced outpatient PT who wants flexibility and strong work-life balance. We'll align our PG County coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that truly works for you.

You'll work with a diverse orthopedic population and have access to a variety of specialty areas across our outpatient network. Each location includes experienced, supportive clinicians who are eager to collaborate and help you continue growing your skill set while making a meaningful impact in our shared communities.

Nova Care's 50+ standalone OP centers all use the same EMR, with consistent volume expectations and patient-centered, ethical practice.

You'll treat a diverse patient population across conditions such as:

* General Orthopedics

* Sports Injuries

* Neurological Rehabilitation

* Vestibular & Concussion Care

* Prosthetics & Orthotics

* Amputee Rehabilitation

* Oncology (ReVital) & Lymphedema

* Pediatrics

* Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)

* Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs)

* ACL Rehabilitation

* Fall Prevention Programs

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional rehabilitation: evaluate, treat, direct, and document

* Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations

* Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians

* Participate in team meetings

Qualifications

* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

* Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

* CPR certification
