Walmart Stores - Up to $170000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Develops communicates and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans and tactics to direct the management team and management and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction;
Drives the financial performance of the facility by ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved, budgeting and forecasting;
Upholds the Open Door Policy and resolves associate concerns with guidance from policies and procedures;
Oversees Academy training environment and store standards, engaging trainees and maintaining high levels of customer service;
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize business goals and community outreach
