Woodland Job Corps Center is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to oversee Finance, Food Services, IT, Maintenance, Property, Purchasing, Student Records, and Wellness operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with DOL and Company policies, maintaining financial and program integrity, and supporting efficient Center operations.
The selected candidate will supervise Finance and Administration staff, manage budgets and resources, oversee procurement and subcontract activities, and ensure effective maintenance of Center facilities and assets. This position also plays a key role in staff development, operational compliance, and fostering positive community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Finance & Administration departments and daily operations
- Manage Center budgets, expenditures, purchasing, and resources
- Ensure compliance with DOL and Company policies and procedures
- Monitor audits, financial integrity, and accountability of Center assets
- Supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring high performance
- Support facility maintenance and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain positive community and workforce partnerships
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for staff and students
- May serve as Acting Center Director in the absence of the Center Director
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in finance, administration, operations, or program management
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively
- Experience supervising staff and managing budgets preferred
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and student success
Bachelors degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum of five years management experience with a substantial experience in finance/budgeting. Department of Labor approval required.
