Check quality of product coming in and out, check for any imperfects, wrong labels and damaged product;
Monitor Metal Detectors and perform bag seals, container seal checks;
Perform other HACCP related monitoring such as:
Monitor Ambient Temperatures of Processing Rooms;
Be able to communicate effectively to process documentation and record keeping;
Maintain shift coverage and adhere to the stated schedule (5:00pm 1:30am)
