Desired Qualifications:
  • Current, unencumbered RN license valid in the state
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
  • Acute attention to patient safety and detail in high-pressure scenarios
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, efficient nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor patients' vitals and status throughout procedures, responding promptly to changes
  • Administer medications, operate Cath Lab equipment, and ensure stringent infection control
  • Educate patients and families on procedures, post-procedure care, and recovery expectations
