Job Title
Position Summary:
This role involves various responsibilities including compliance with company policies, operating forklifts, managing inventory, providing member service, maintaining safety, and ensuring the sales floor and merchandising presentation adhere to company policies.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines.
Manages inventory flow and follows company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick up orders throughout the day and staging.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels in assigned areas.
Uses inventory tools and equipment in safe and correct ways.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies customers who need help, actively engages them, and assists them with technology services and items.
Respects the individual by embracing differences, creating a culture of belonging, and helping to attract the best talent.
Acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.
