Merchandising Lead

Position: (USA) Merchandising Lead

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, offering guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting products and services;
Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches;
Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organize and maintain the sales floor according to company policies;
Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Ensure merchandise presentation and claims handling, pricing, stocking, and cleanliness; identify shrink and damaged goods; monitor product quality and sanitation standards.
