Responsibilities- Coordinating marketing and communications campaigns with the goal of boosting sales efficiency under the direction of senior marketing staff.
- Working closely with sales leadership to understand their teams’ needs, and translating those into tangible deliverables.
- Distributing marketing‑related materials and information within the organization as directed.
- Assisting with the creative design process by liaising with outside vendors and following established guidelines.
- Providing administrative support for marketing projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Handling inbound marketing solicitations and routing them to the appropriate team members for follow‑up.
- Supporting pre‑campaign and post‑campaign analysis by gathering data for senior staff review.
- Aiding in the preparation of summary reports on marketing program outcomes for team evaluation.
- Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Understand and apply Comcast's Operating Principles as guidelines for all work.
- Own the customer experience; think and act in ways that put customers first, provide seamless digital options, and turn them into promoters.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred; applicants with relevant coursework and experience will also be considered).
CertificationsRelevant certifications, if applicable.
Related Work Experience0–2 years in marketing, market research, or a related field.
CompensationPrimary location pay range: $28.19 – $42.28. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards; most non‑sales positions may be eligible for a bonus. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the applicable plan.
