Security Officer Shopping Center Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related or property-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or policy violations while supporting a professional environment at the location.;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and share updates with supervisors, tenants, and/or client representatives as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or public responders as needed.
