ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Install Startup Warranty professional to join our Construction team. In this role, you'll install and start up residential and light commercial HVAC systems, verify performance, and handle warranty-related diagnostics and repairs. You'll complete system checkouts, document work clearly, and communicate with customers and teammates. ARS/Rescue Rooter offers year-round stability, a strong safety culture, paid training, and long-term growth opportunities within a national HVAC, plumbing, and electrical network.
Responsibilities
- Install new residential and light commercial HVAC systems to manufacturer and company standards
- Perform startup, testing, and balancing of HVAC equipment for optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve installation and startup issues under warranty
- Complete warranty paperwork, documentation, and system checklists accurately
- Communicate findings, options, and system status clearly to customers
- Collaborate with installers, technicians, and supervisors to complete projects on time
- Follow all ARS-Rescue Rooter and OSHA safety policies and procedures
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe operating condition
- Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications to stay current with HVAC systems
