Position Summary The Property Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and property records, receiving and distributing supplies, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring Center assets are properly tracked and accounted for. This position works closely with all departments to ensure supplies and equipment are available to support daily operations. Essential Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and distribute deliveries and shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory, property, and asset records.
- Track equipment, furniture, and supplies throughout the Center.
- Assist with purchasing, receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper asset accountability.
- Prepare reports, logs, and required documentation in compliance with company and Department of Labor requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all integrity guidelines, ensuring accurate reporting and recordkeeping.
- Utilize company systems to maintain inventory and property records.
- Work collaboratively with departments to fulfill supply and equipment requests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service with staff, students, and vendors.
- Prioritize assignments and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
Monday- Friday:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekends:Saturday & Sunday Off

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, purchasing, shipping/receiving, or property management preferred.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
