Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are done on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track.

You may travel across the US.

As a Realty Project Coach, you will take ownership in delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your responsibilities include:

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise and develop hourly team members.

• Influencing Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration and teamwork, and resolve concerns.
• Project Ownership: Own the execution of projects, communicate plans and obstacles, keep operations minimal.
• Develop Associates: Provide supervision and development opportunities, listen and act on ideas, evaluate talent, train and mentor, recognize and identify career paths.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.

Primarily working overnight shifts; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required. You will be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and may change as business needs shift. You will be based out of a home store but may travel to surrounding states or farther for support. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays will be paid.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

• Have reliable transportation.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
