Job Details Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment, including PLC systems.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, PLC ladder logic, and other diagrams.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and propose solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Work in close collaboration with other team members and departments to ensure that electrical systems support the achievement of production targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in electrical repair and installation.
- Proficiency with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
