Family Nurse Practitioner Overview
Provide high‑quality care both in clinic and through telehealth, meeting patient volume goals and maintaining a positive environment. Work collaboratively with clinic staff and virtual teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in clinic and telehealth, meeting targeted patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, providing guidance to ensure quality patient service.
- Perform duties described in SCRIBE job description, including medical history, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient charts, forward charts as needed, and adhere to documentation standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, interpret findings, and develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Educate patients on treatment and self‑care for acute and chronic conditions.
- Implement and follow clinical and telehealth protocols set by the CMO and supervising physicians.
- Participate in mandatory monthly meetings and E/M training.
- Support new employee onboarding and training, including job shadowing and coaching.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Adhere to Fast Pace Health core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
- Recommend improvements to patient experience and care within clinic and telehealth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and follow company policies.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Family Nurse Practitioner license (and applicable state license).
- DEA registration active.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in relevant practice (Urgent Care, Family Medical Practice, etc.).
- Experience in telehealth clinical settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, full‑time, with every other weekend, and on‑call as required.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and patient chart completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
