Job SummaryProvides high‑quality nursing care; supervises/coordinates LPNs and CNAs; ensures regulatory compliance and safe operations.
Minimum QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
- Leadership/preceptor experience preferred.
- Coordinate unit workflow; rounds and oversight.
- Perform/oversee assessments and documentation.
- Staff education and consultation; medication safety.
- Risk prevention; communicate with residents/families.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.
- Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
