Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN- Evening shift

Description

Laurelwood Community Living Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team.

Full time | Evening shift: 3 pm to 11 pm

• Evaluation and delivery of care, including medication administration, treatments, and ADL care, as ordered by a physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice).
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate medical records during duties on the assigned unit.
• Perform other tasks as required to support resident care.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
