Game Stop - 1710 Highway 15 North - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions and promotions; promote loyalty programs; build a sales culture through guest-focused solutions.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager; ensure staff deliver exceptional guest service and meet store objectives.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the Point-of-Sale system; handle transactions accurately and provide receipts.;
Train and onboard store associates; ensure completion of onboarding, job training, and compliance training prior to shifts.;
Schedule store associates, manage breaks and meals, supervise staffing levels to ensure top guest service; assist with payroll approvals and time-off processing; maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory controls.
