The Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by engaging with homeowners, educating them on pest control solutions, and closing sales in assigned neighborhoods. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role with strong earning potential.

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to promote pest control services
• Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs
• Educate homeowners on pest issues and available treatment plans
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Accurately complete contracts and submit sales documentation
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
