You will support access points and respond to needs with clear communication and strong customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under Allied Universal driver policy. Bring agility, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or dispatch as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.

+ Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas per site procedures.

+ Complete routine documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, and report maintenance issues such as lighting, doors, gates, and/or fences that may impact security-related operations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Customer Service Experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
