Responsibilities- Execute precise diagnostics and mechanical repairs on major home appliances, including refrigeration, laundry, and cooking systems.
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional explanations of technical issues and recommended service solutions.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining detailed documentation of service logs, parts inventory, and completed repairs.
- Optimize service efficiency by managing your own tool kit and replacement part stock for mobile repairs.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and property care while performing onsite maintenance in residential environments.
- Continuously refine your technical expertise by staying current with emerging appliance technologies and advanced diagnostic methodologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Demonstrated professional experience in appliance diagnostics or a related electro-mechanical field.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between service calls.
- Formal technical training or certification in appliance repair.
- Proven track record of managing independent service routes.
- Adaptability to new digital diagnostic tools and modern smart-appliance interfaces.
