Travel Centers of America - - Responsibilities:
Cash all types of checks for guests within the specified guidelines;
Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system;
Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests;
Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register;
Receive and maintain proper cash accountability in cash drawer for shift;
Balance bank at end of shift and prepare shift report;
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
