Qualifications and

Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working within elementary or secondary education settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to interpret psychological evaluations and develop intervention plans
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs
• Develop and help implement appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral plans
• Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in small groups
• Support crisis intervention and provide consultation regarding mental health and behavioral concerns
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
